Renaultoloog Meeting
& Market
is for ALL Renault, Alpine, Saviem,
Mack and Dacia cars, trucks, vans, tractors, campers etc. and
takes place at:
Saturday 6
& Sunday 7
September 2025 / 10-18h
Meeting:
The meeting at the Show parking will take place from 10-18h. Registration is not required, you are also welcome without
registration, but in order to be able to make a vehicle guest
list, we it if you register in advance so that
everyone can see what is coming to the meeting! You can enter
and leave the site at any time. There are no overnight
accommodations at the Meeting and Market location itself, but
there are several sleeping accommodations in the area.
Participation in the meeting is for FREE!
Market:
The market is full of international traders with
parts, books, brochures, model cars etc.
Road trip:
2025 is an odd year so we are also organizing the 3rd
Renaultoloog En Route tour. A tour of approximately 60-70
kilometers through Noord-Limburg and Oost-Brabant. The tour can
be driven on both Saturday and Sunday at any desired time. Click
here to register. (The tour will continue with a minimum of 50
registrations).
Catering : There is
are a diversity of food and drinks available.

Renaultoloog en Route Road Trip
|
Back in 2020 I had
decided to organize a road trip in the year that there would be no
festival (in odd years). A 1-day event for Renault drivers to drive
together through the area of Noord-Limburg and Oost-Brabant. We
have done that twice now (2021 and 2023), the first road trip was
quite long, 110 km, but that was because I wanted to keep the
stopover at Tony Vos. The second road trip was a trip of about 90
km. The 2025 road trip will be about 60-70 kilometers long.
The theme of the
3rd road trip is: Rowwen Hèze, the Peel (protected nature reserve)
and the Peelrandbreuk (subterranean fracture) ! Christiaan Hesen is
a strange village figure from the Limburg village of America, NL (born
Horst, NL, 19 May 1853 - died Steyl, NL, 5 February 1947), who would
become legendary posthumously. Hesen, who bore the nickname Rowwen
Hèze (loosely translated: the rough one from Hesen) lived on the
Zwarte Plak in America, NL in the middle of the Peel. But Rowwen
Hèze is of course also the most famous music group from Limburg with
beautiful music!
The total cost of
participating in the road trip is €15 per vehicle.
Participants to the road trip will
receive a rally sign, a route book and 2 consumption coins. The road
trip can be driven on both Saturday or Sunday. As a tip, we advise
that it is wise to go with at least 2 people, 1 driver and 1
navigator. The road trip is only suitable for cars and vans. The
road trip can be driven at any desired time, it is also always
possible to drive together with other teams. The road trip will
continue with a minimum of 50 registrations. Participation in the
road trip is entirely at your own risk!

There are no overnight accommodation
options at the meeting and market location. There is also no
party night.
• When a payed
participation is cancelled, the cancelling will
be completed with after the Festival.
• A consumption coin costs €2,50 each.
• It is not possible to pay electronic or by card during the
meeting, payment in cash or via payment request (QR-code) only.
• Renaultoloog, its officials and personnel cannot be held
liable for, negative influences of the weather, personal
injuries, disease, theft, damage caused by fire, loss and / or
damage of vehicles and goods. Taking part is completely at one’s
own risk!
• Participating vehicles must at least have a third-party
insurance.
• Drive slowly and carefully on the grounds. This rule will be
strictly enforced.
• Car boot
sales are not permitted. Do you want to sell items? Register as
a seller.
• When you enter the meeting and market grounds you agree that there is a
possibility that you will be put on a photo or video and that
this photo or video may be published somewhere.
• Noise nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Always follow directions of the officials; on the grounds as
well as in the immediate surroundings.
• Keep the grounds clear. All waste must be put in the garbage
containers for that purpose.
• Please clean up feces from pets immediately.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building.
• There is NO WIFI available.
• BBQ with/and all above-ground fire places are not permitted,
due to fire safety.
• All festival participants respect people, animals and
environment.
• Please keep toilets and showers clean.
• In case of emergency: see emergency plan in the building at
the Boutique Renaultoloog.

Renaultoloog Meeting
& Market:
for ALL Renault, Alpine, Saviem,
Mack and Dacia cars, trucks, vans, tractors, campers etc.
Why Renault? I've been
getting that question since the early 90s. Well, simply
because the brand is so versatile, and has or had a solution
for every transport question and of course because Renault
is delightfully idiosyncratic! I find that fascinating!
During the weekend of 7 & 8 September 2024 we had a great
mix of Renault, Alpine, Saviem, Mack and Dacia cars, vans,
trucks, tractors, campers etc. on both days. This is how we
keep the heritage of our beloved brand together and alive!
I couldn't have done it
without the unconditional help of Josette, Isa, Jasper, Lisa
and all the volunteers who support me in this! Thanks in
part to the beautiful weather, we had a great turnout!
Special thanks to all exhibitors, participants and Renault
Hedin Automotive NL and Nebim - Renault Trucks for
presenting new Renault vehicles! Enjoy the photos, yes you
have to sit down for a while to look at them, but then you
have a complete picture of everything that passed by...
